The Naturist Society

Picture
The Naturist Society Mission Statement:
The mission of The Naturist Society is to promote a culture of body acceptance through clothing-optional recreation, using the tools of education and community outreach.
The Naturist Society celebrates the nude human form as inherently wholesome and natural. TNS promotes attitudes of tolerance and respect toward the body, and rejects the exploitation of the body for commercial or sexual purposes.
The Naturist Society views clothing-optional recreation as essential to body acceptance. Through clothing-optional recreation participants, be they individuals, couples or families, learn to appreciate the diversity of body types, gain a better understanding and acceptance of their own bodies, and reap the social, psychological, and physical benefits of a healthy and natural way of life.

The Naturist Society believes the interests of naturists are advanced through education and community outreach. TNS recognizes it is part of a larger community and welcomes the challenge of spreading the naturist message.

Olive Dell Ranch

Picture
Olive Dell Ranch is Southern California's favorite nudist resort for family and couples.
Located in Colton, California, just a few miles from San Bernardino and Riverside, Olive Dell's central location and proximity to many of Southern California's main tourist attractions make it the ideal spot to enjoy the nudist/naturist lifestyle whether visiting for the day or an overnight stay.
Our nudist club offers accommodations and camp sites for extended stays and numerous amenities such as swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and Olive Dell's Cafe Delicious, run by the Olive Dell family and renowned for it's outstanding home cooking.

Our Naked Story

Picture
Hello, and welcome to “Our Naked Story”. We are so pleased to finally be up and running, and look forward to sharing our journey and knowledge with all of you. Elle and I have been apart of the nudist culture for quite some time now, and as a younger nudist couple, are always asked many questions regarding social nudism, and all the concerns that come with it.
Our site will consist of articles on current events in the nudist community, along with photography of some of our most epic adventures. Once a week we will post a podcast featuring some of the most interesting people we have met, who all have an interest and their own opinion on nudism. With a “contact us” tab, getting in contact with us has never been easier, and we look forward to hearing your opinions on any topics we discuss.

Friends of San Onofre

Picture
Friends of San Onofre Beach is dedicated to recovering the clothing-optional use of a portion of San Onofre State Beach in a relaxed, family-oriented atmosphere that existed for over 30 years before the California State Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) imposed a nudity ban in 2008.   DPR has the authority to designate clothing optional portions of State beaches.  These beaches are common throughout Europe and some exist in Oregon and Florida.  It is definitely time for California to officially designate some beaches that have long had a tradition of clothing optional use.  Official signage allows each individual and family to frequent or not frequent them.  It should be our choice and right!

Southern California Naturist Association (SCNA)

Picture
SCNA is a “travel club,” which means it has no defined park or resort “place” to call home. We meet in the backyards of members with swimming pools or Jacuzzis, or we go sailing off the coast, or we hike on secluded mountain trails, or visit local beaches where we can enjoy the surf and sand as nature intended.

Deep Creek Volunteers

Picture
Deep Creek Volunteers is a volunteer organization that was created to preserve and protect Deep Creek Hot Springs, as they exist today, for our children and grandchildren.  They believe these hot springs should be open and available to all, clean, healthy, clothing optional, family oriented, with the intention of bringing people together in a sense of community and in harmony with the natural environment.  They hope to achieve this through the volunteer work of our members, the education of its users, and by coordinating and cooperating with our local private and public entities.
While this group is no longer meeting on a regular basis a couple of its members continue to maintain their website to continue to educate visitor.  Their also continue to contribute through NitOC, SCNA and other clothing optional groups.  Keeping locations like this clothing optional is key to introducing nudism and naturism to many textile visitors.

Camping Bares

Picture
We generally go camping or on day hikes one weekend a month. Some events are backpack trips which may be several days in length, and some are car camping. Some campers use tents; the rest have RV's, vans, pickup campers or sleep in the open air. We charge nothing for our camping trips except for the occasional outside charge for the facilities we use. Although we occasionally visit nudist parks and Black's Beach, we mainly camp in National Forest or BLM land areas. Many of our trips are to natural hot springs where we hike in and enjoy primitive hot tubs or simple hot pools.

Western Region of the American Association for Nude Recreation

Picture
The American Association for Nude Recreation West was organized in 1992 so that those interested in outdoor nude recreation could expand their knowledge and enjoyment of naturist activities.  The Western Region of the American Association for Nude Recreation serves the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. Participating Resorts and Clubs are listed by state. Contact them directly for information, or follow links to those which have their own websites. Through networking, members of the association share naturist news information about nude beaches, mountain hiking, 'canuding', visits to hot springs, social gatherings, and many other nude activities. If you have questions, please contact us via email by writing to [email protected].

The Olympian Club

Picture
is associated with the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR),  the American Association for Nude Recreation, Western Region (AANR West), and The Naturist Socty (TNS).  AANR membership and TNS Membership is optional but highly recommended.
The Club is a non-landed travel club and and does not have facilities of their own.  Throughout the year an extensive number of get-togethers are scheduled involving parties, potlucks, special interest group meetings and other nudist-related activities.  These are held at members homes, nudist resorts, nude beaches, and various out-of-the-way places. During the summer season the club tries to do a lot of outdoor activities in order to enjoy the excellent weather in Southern California. Special trips, such as house boating, hot springs hopping, and overseas travel, are scheduled occasionally.

Clothes Free International

Picture
ClothesFree TV with Nudes in the News.  The lastest nudist news by nudists.  Clothes-free recreation is about body acceptance. We provide a safe, wholesome experience that promotes a better body image and respect of others. Children grow up with greater self esteem, and less likely to confuse nudity with sex. They have a greater understanding of human anatomy and learn not to be ashamed of their body. We promote positive values through healthy lifestyle habits. Plus it's fun!

The New Nudist Podcast

The podcast for people interested in exploring the nudist and naturist way of life and anyone wanting to learn more about the practice of nudism and naturism.

This is a link to an article and the one hour 25 minute video of the public hearing that was held on October 31st regarding the Wisconsin Bils AB503 and AB504 intended to end the Madison and Milwaukee WNBR and the participation of minors in these events.  It has the potential to impact the participation of families at nudist resorts and could triger a wave of similar bills that would end WNBR across the USA.  If you have time, it is worth listening to the very well presented arguments by WNBR participants, nudist, and artist that spoke up against the bill.
